SEED to BOTTLE Community Conversation
From seed to bottle this San Luis Valley 3 Grain Whiskey, crafted from rye, barley and summer wheat was harvested, malted, distilled and aged entirely in our high alpine valley. In a world of broken local food systems, the existence of a truly local product is worth celebrating on its own. That it is also so delicious, is a tribute to the resources and relationships that exist here. We'll speak with the farmers, water advocates, distillers, soil nerds, and local leaders who will take us through the SEED to BOTTLE process of making this whiskey, and what's at stake in protecting our valleys resources and culture for the future.
Event is open to the public, but space is limited - please RSVP on Eventbrite to reserve a spot.
