Join us Sunday, August 10th for the release of our Henry Road American Single Malt and a Mini Makers Market featuring some of our Colorado partners. Enjoy craft cocktails and beer, local artisans, and a vibrant celebration of Colorado-grown flavors and community.
Introducing the 2025 Release of Henry Road American Single Malt
With the recent ratification of the American Single Malt Whiskey category, Laws Whiskey House is proud to reintroduce Henry Road—now officially labeled as an American Single Malt. It’s been three years since our last release, and this 2025 expression marks a bold new chapter.
Matured in a blend of new and used barrels aged between 7 and 11 years, this year’s Henry Road showcases the depth, complexity, and creativity that define our approach to whiskey making. A variety of specialty malts lend layers of character. Be among the first to taste our most expressive Henry Road expression yet.
A Colorado Celebration of Craft
The Harvest Party kicks off at 12:00 PM and runs through 4:00 PM in the Laws Whiskey Sanctuary parking lot—transformed for the day into a vibrant celebration of whiskey, craft, and community.
Hats by Parker Thomas will be on site offering custom hat shaping and styling, blending Western heritage with modern craftsmanship.
We’re also proud to welcome Colorado Farm Brewery, run by the Cody brothers—the very same family who grow and malt the wheat, rye, and barley used in all of our whiskeys. Their beers are brewed using ingredients sourced entirely from their farm: hops, grain, well water, and a native yeast strain, making each pour a true taste of Colorado terroir.
Farm to Truck will be serving up fresh, locally sourced fare, perfectly paired with whiskey and good company.
