    The San Luis Valley is most famously known for the Sand Dunes National Monument, but as one of the only high-alpine valleys in the world, there’s more that makes this region special beyond its best-known landmark.

Rye is an incredibly nutritious and diverse grain, and the Resurgence Rye grown in the San Luis Valley has a complexity and “terroir(i.e. characteristic taste and flavor imparted by the environment) all its own!
